CRM Reports

What's new

Pipeline Progression: Shows how many opportunities moved into each stage (Qualified, Appointment Set, Pitched, Won, etc.) during any date range you pick. Find it under CRM > Reporting.

Sales Rep Performance: Same report, filtered/grouped by Salesperson and State. Same menu, just group by yourself or your region.

Conversion Funnel: A chart on the CRM dashboard showing what percentage of opportunities make it from one stage to the next (New→Qualified, Qualified→Appointment Set, and so on).

Opportunity Aging: A chart showing the average number of days opportunities spend in each stage before moving forward. Helps spot where deals are stalling.

Pricelist Presented: Two new fields on every Opportunity, Pricelist Presented and Pricelist Presented Date, right under Expected Revenue. Pick the pricelist you showed the customer and the date stamps itself automatically the first time, no extra steps. You can filter and group any of the reports below by which pricelist was presented.

Where to find them

  • CRM > Reporting menu: Pipeline Progression, Conversion Funnel, and Opportunity Aging all live here now (list, pivot table, and graph views, plus Excel export)

What you'll see (and what you won't, yet)

CRM Reports

These reports only count activity from today forward. If an opportunity reached "Pitched" back in March, that historical movement isn't in the system: there was no way to capture it before this went live. Everything from today onward is tracked automatically; nothing changes about how you work day to day.

You'll also see the numbers are small and a little rough for the next few days: that's expected while real data builds up. Give it a couple of weeks before drawing conclusions from the trends.

What you don't need to do

Nothing. This runs automatically in the background as you move opportunities through stages like you already do. No new steps, no new fields to fill in.

How to Test: CRM Pipeline Reports

A walkthrough for confirming the new pipeline reporting feature works as expected.

What This Feature Does

Starting August 20, 2026, the CRM tracks how opportunities move through your sales stages over time, not just where they sit right now. This lets you and your team see how many opportunities entered each stage, how they convert from one stage to the next, and how long deals sit at each step before moving forward.

This guide walks through confirming each piece works as expected. It should take about 15–20 minutes.

Before You Start

  • You'll need a real Opportunity to test with, either an existing one or a new test Opportunity you create and can safely modify.
  • These reports only track activity from August 20, 2026 forward. Opportunities that reached a stage before that date won't show historical movement, that data was never captured. This is expected, not a bug.
  • If numbers look small or a little inconsistent for the first few weeks, that's expected too. The reports are accurate, there just isn't much data built up yet.

Test 1: Pipeline Progression Report

This report shows how many opportunities entered each stage during a date range you choose.

Step

Where

What to do

What you should see

1

CRM > Reporting

Click Pipeline Progression

A table (pivot) opens showing stages across the top and months down the side

2

Pipeline Progression

Check the numbers in each cell

A count of opportunities that entered that stage in that month

3

Top right of the report

Click the list icon and the graph icon

The same data displays as a plain list and as a bar chart

4

Search bar at top

Click the dropdown arrow

You can filter or group by Salesperson, State, Lead Source, and Pricelist Presented

5

Top toolbar

Click the download icon

An Excel file downloads with the report data

Test 2: Sales Rep Performance

Same report as above, used to see stage movement broken out by rep or by state.

Step

Where

What to do

What you should see

1

Pipeline Progression search bar

Group by “Salesperson (RSM)”

Rows reorganize to show each rep's stage counts separately

2

Same search bar

Group by “State” instead (or in addition)

Rows break out by state

Test 3: Conversion Funnel

Shows what percentage of opportunities make it from one stage to the next.

Step

Where

What to do

What you should see

1

CRM Dashboard

Find the “Conversion Funnel by Stage” chart

A bar chart with four bars: New→Qualified, Qualified→Appointment Set, Appointment Set→Pitched, Pitched→Won

2

Same chart

Check each bar's height

A percentage (0–100) representing how many opportunities that reached the earlier stage also reached the next one

3

CRM > Reporting

Click Conversion Funnel (a separate, filterable version of the same data)

A pivot table opens; confirm it loads without error

4

Conversion Funnel pivot search bar

Click the dropdown arrow

You can filter by Salesperson, State, and Pricelist Presented

Test 4: Opportunity Aging

Shows the average number of days opportunities spend in each stage before moving forward.

Step

Where

What to do

What you should see

1

CRM Dashboard

Find the “Opportunity Aging by Stage” chart

A bar chart with four bars, one per stage transition

2

Same chart

Check the bar heights

Average number of days spent in that stage. Bars may show close to 0 right now since real deals haven't had time to age yet, this becomes meaningful over the next several weeks

3

CRM > Reporting

Click Opportunity Aging

A pivot table opens, filterable the same way as Conversion Funnel

Test 5: Pricelist Presented

A new pair of fields on every Opportunity for tracking which pricelist was shown to a customer, and when.

Step

Where

What to do

What you should see

1

Any Opportunity

Look just below the Customer section

Two fields: “Pricelist Presented” and “Pricelist Presented Date”

2

Pricelist Presented field

Select a pricelist and Save

The Date field fills in automatically with today's date/time

3

Pricelist Presented field

Change it to a different pricelist and Save

The Date does NOT change, it keeps the original date from step 2

4

Any of the reports above

Filter or group by Pricelist Presented

Only opportunities with that pricelist selected appear

What to Do If Something Looks Wrong

  • A report menu is missing entirely: note which one and let us know, don't try to fix it yourself.
  • A report opens but shows an error message: take a screenshot of the full error and send it over.
  • Numbers seem off: check the date range/filters first, most “wrong” numbers turn out to be a filter scoping the report differently than expected. If it still looks wrong after that, flag it.
  • Anything in Tests 1–5 doesn't match the “What you should see” column: that's exactly what this test pass is for, let us know.

Sign-Off

Once you've gone through all five tests, reply confirming what passed and flagging anything that didn't. That's what we need to move this from testing to a full rollout.
