Account Snapshot Section

  • Total Active Patients
    • Definition: Total Number of Patients with an Rx that has shipped in the last 365 Days
    • Manual Calculation: Contacts > Favorite Filter
      • Filter:  Record Type = Patient, Status = Active, Group by Treatment Center/ Provider 
    • Example = Provider A has 36 active patients.
    • To Verify
      • Navigate to Sales
      • Click Orders > Rx in the top menu
      • Choose favorite filter = Number of Active Patients (This uses Patient > Status = Active, Grouped By Provider > Grouped By Patient)
      • Search or find provider = Bhavik Shah
        • Click Dropdown
        • Count Number of Individual Patients
        • Navigate to Contacts
        • Click Contacts > Providers
        • Scroll down to Doctor Dashboard Tab
        • Verify the next to Number of Active Patients
      • Search or find provider =  Jennifer Rogers
        • Click Dropdown

    • Manual Calculation: Sales App > Reporting > Sales > Favorite Filter = Test Doses Shipped by Provider (Last 365)
    • Example: Provider A has used 24 Test Doses over the last 365 days
    • To Verify:
      • Navigate to the Sales App

    • Manual Calculation: Total amount of test products (products with category of test) allotted - total amount of test products prescribed.
    • Example: Provider A used a total of 24 out of 45 Test Doses over the last 365 days resulting in 21 remaining.
    • To Verify:
      •  Search or find provider = Bhavik Shah
        • Scroll down to Doctor Dashboard Tab
        • Note Number next to Test Dose Allowance
        • Note Number next to Test Doses Used
        • Subtract Total Doses Used Number from Test Dose Allowance Number
        • Verify Number next to Test Doses Remaining matches that number.​

    • Example: Provider A has had 36 patients that have an Test Dose Rx with the Status = Shipped in the last 365 Days.
    • To Verify:
      • Since we've verified the validity of the Test Doses Used field, we're simply navigating to the provider records.
      • Navigate to Contacts
      • Click Contacts > Providers in the top menu
      • Search Bhavik Shah
        • Click Record
        • Scroll down to Doctor Dashboard Tab
        • Find the Test Doses Used field and note the number (63).
        • Multiply that number by $29.
        • Verify the value next to Money Patient's Saved is equal to your calculation ($1,827.00).
      • Click Providers
      • Search Anand Mohapatra
        • Click Record
        • Scroll down to Doctor Dashboard Tab
        • Find the Test Doses Used field and note the number (16).
        • Multiply that number by $29.
        • Verify the value next to Money Patient's Saved is equal to your calculation ($464.00).

    • Example: Provider A has 12 Rxs with the status Need New Rx.
    • To Verify:
      • Click on Sales App > Orders > Rx
      • Click Favorite Filter = Pending Rx Requests (Last 365 Days)
      • Look for Jed Kaminetsky (Advanced Urology Centers of New York - Manhattan, Jed Kaminetsky) 
        • Note the number next to his name. 
      • Look for Herman Bagga (Advanced Urology Georgia- Sandy Springs, Herman Bagga)
        • Note the number next to his name.

        • Logic adjustment to include every Rx that has had a status of Step 1 Intake, currently only includes Rx Status = Step 1 Intake. (Slight Difference).
    • Manual Calculation:

      • Choose Favorite Filter = Products Prescribed by Provider (Last 365)
