Role & Responsibilities:

The Member Service Rep (MSR) is responsible for live chat and inbound calls with menMD members to assist them with starting new treatment plans and assisting with prescription renewals or any other issues MenMD members may need assistance with . Some outbound calls may be required as needed. The MSR position is core to the menMD belief that by offering our members knowledgeable and personable team members, we will both increase our customer order frequency and decrease customer churn.

Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound member calls
  • Manage live chat
  • Assist members with prescription renewals
  • Assist member with starting new treatment plans

Must Have

  • Experience in a customer facing atmosphere 

Nice to have

  • Bilingual - Spanish and English
