We work with healthcare providers to provide a variety of treatments, support services, and recommendations to optimize patient satisfaction and ensure treatment success. menMD is looking for a Controller to join our growing organization.
About the Role:
The Member Service Coordinator (MSC) is responsible for inbound and outbound calls to menMD members to assist them with starting new treatment plans and ongoing check-ins to ensure that they are getting the best results out of that treatment. The MSC position is core to the menMD belief that by offering our members knowledgeable and personable team members, we will both increase our customer order frequency and decrease customer churn.

Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound member calls
- Assist members with prescription renewals
- Assist member with starting new treatment plans
Must Have
- Experience in a customer facing atmosphere
