About the Role:

This inside sales role is critical to our growth strategy and focuses on advancing warm, pre-qualified leads through the pipeline, delivering compelling product presentations, and securing new business with consistency and precision. The ideal candidate brings a strong track record of success in pharmaceutical or medical sales, with a minimum of 3 years of experience engaging healthcare providers, addressing clinical questions, and closing revenue-driving opportunities. This position requires a confident communicator who can educate prescribers, navigate objections, and create urgency while maintaining the highest level of professionalism. Experience in compounding pharmaceuticals including pain management, dermatology, hormone therapy, or specialized formulations is a distinct advantage and will enable faster ramp-up and deeper provider engagement. You will own the full closing process, secure first orders for newly onboarded accounts, and ensure each transition to ongoing account management is smooth and strategically aligned for long-term growth. 

Pay:

Base - $51,000 - $54,000

+Commission Potential: $34,000 - $36,000

Total OTE: $85,000 - $90,000

Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth introductory calls and deliver product presentations to qualified prospects
  • Close new accounts and collect all required onboarding documentation
  • Secure each newly onboarded account’s first order to activate revenue
  • Introduce new providers to their Account Concierge (Account Manager) and ensure a seamless transition
  • Maintain ownership of all sales conversations, product knowledge, and upsell initiatives
  • Engage active accounts at least every other week to sustain momentum and drive ongoing orders
  • Handle objections, educate providers on product options, and identify growth opportunities 
  • Collaborate with operational support teams to ensure a smooth and professional provider experience 
  • Maintain strong pipeline hygiene and complete daily CRM updates

Must Have

  • Minimum three years of pharmaceutical or medical sales experience
  • Established history of achieving or exceeding sales quotas
  • Experience managing healthcare provider accounts and conducting clinical presentations
  • Compounding pharmacy sales experience is a strong plus
  • Experience in outside pharmaceutical sales, especially for those seeking an inside sales role

  • Proficiency with CRM systems, pipeline management, and multi-touch follow-up strategies
