About the Role: Compliance Manager
PharmaLabs is seeking a dedicated Compliance Officer to join our team in St. Petersburg, FL. A Florida pharmacy technician license is required. This is a crucial role where you will help us use cutting-edge resources and technology to serve our community.
As the Compliance Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring that all operations comply with regulatory standards and internal policies. You will oversee compliance activities, manage audits, and maintain up-to-date records and procedures. Your role involves collaborating with various regulatory bodies, coordinating training and certifications, and ensuring that PharmaLabs adheres to all applicable laws and standards.
Pay Range: $24/hr-$27/hr

Responsibilities
- Compliance Audits & Inspections and Systems Management: Conduct and manage internal and external audits and inspections, ensuring all systems meet regulatory requirements.

Documentation & Reporting: Prepare, review, and maintain all compliance-related documentation, including audit reports and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Regulatory Compliance: Stay current with and ensure adherence to FDA regulations, USP standards (including USP <795>, <797>, and <800>), and state pharmacy laws across our licensed states.
- Training & Competency: Develop and implement training programs to ensure all staff are knowledgeable about compliance standards and best practices.
- Environmental Monitoring & Equipment Calibration: Manage environmental monitoring programs and ensure all compounding equipment is properly calibrated and maintained.
- Licensing and Permits: Facilitate the application, renewal, and maintenance of all necessary pharmacy licenses and permits for our pharmacies in all licensed states.
Must Have
- Florida Pharmacy Technician license
- Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in a compliance role within a pharmacy or pharmaceutical setting, including experience with licensing, sterile compounding, hazardous drugs and environmental monitoring.
- In-depth understanding of FDA regulations, USP standards, and state pharmacy laws. Familiarity with compliance software and systems.

- Advanced degree or certification (e.g., Certified Compliance Professional/Sterile Certification)
