About the Role:

This role is designed for ambitious sales professionals looking to enter the pharmaceutical industry and excel in a performance-driven environment. You will play a critical role in the early stages of the sales cycle by conducting high-volume outbound outreach, identifying qualified prospects, initiating introductory discussions, and preparing leads for advancement to senior closers. You will engage daily with healthcare providers, communicate the value proposition clearly and professionally, and ensure each interaction reflects accuracy and confidence.

Pay:

Base - $45,000

+Commission Potential: $15,000

Total OTE: $60,000

Responsibilities

  • Make 80–100 outbound calls per day to healthcare providers in assigned territories
  • Qualify prospects through structured needs assessments and script-based introductions
  • Schedule introductory calls and generate high-quality, engaged leads for senior closers
  • Deliver clear messaging that creates interest and positions the program as exclusive and valuable
  • Maintain accurate CRM notes, activity tracking, and follow-up tasks
  • Follow a weekly outreach cadence as part of a structured four-week call cycle 
  • Support the transition of qualified leads to closers and ensure a smooth, professional handoff

Must Have

  • Minimum two years of inside or phone-based sales experience in either B2B or consumer environments
  • Demonstrated success in high-volume outreach settings
  • Pharmaceutical or medical sales experience preferred but not required
