We are seeking a highly analytical and business-minded Finance & Operations Manager to join our finance department and serve as a key partner to leadership.
This is not a traditional accounting/controller role. Instead, this person will focus on financial planning, operational analytics, and business performance, helping drive decision-making across the company.
You will own budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes, ensuring leadership has clear visibility into performance, cash flow, and future outlook.
Responsibilities
- Lead the entire sales cycle
- Achieve monthly sales objectives
- Qualify the customer needs
- Negotiate and contract
- Master demos of our software
Must Have
- Bachelor Degree or Higher
- Passion for software products
- Perfect written English
- Highly creative and autonomous
- Valid work permit for Belgium
Nice to have
- Experience in writing online content
- Additional languages
- Google Adwords experience
- Strong analytical skills
